5. Does the organization have an Accessibility policy?

How to create an accessibility plan and policy

Government of Ontario
In Ontario, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act stipulates that all for-profit and non-profit organizations with 50 or more employees must:
• Develop statements of commitment to accessibility and make them publicly available
• Create written accessibility policies and make them publicly available
• Create written multi-year accessibility plans, update them at least once every five years and post them on their websites, if they have one
Although there is no legally prescribed way to develop an accessibility policy, the Ontario government offers an outline and tips in the resource.
