About the 30% Club Canada

The goal of the 30% Club is to have at least 30% representation of women in C-Suite positions and as Board of Directors all around the world. The organization does not expect a mandatory quota from its members; the hope is to use the power of measurement to spur on organizations to achieving this goal. Organizations can look at this initiative as inspiration for their own efforts.
