Cette base de donn\u00e9es peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e aux municipalit\u00e9s ayant des niveaux de maturit\u00e9 EDIR diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Bien qu'il y ait un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l'EDI dans les municipalit\u00e9s, les efforts pour int\u00e9grer l'EDI dans les op\u00e9rations municipales ont souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.torontomu.ca\/content\/dam\/diversity\/reports\/city-of-kingston-report\/City%20of%20Kingston%20Workplace%20Inclusion%20Charter%20Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les recherches et les consultations<\/a> ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un besoin d'outils et de ressources accessibles et complets pour soutenir l'adoption de l'EDIR municipal. Les gouvernements locaux sont des employeurs importants et jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel en refl\u00e9tant et en fa\u00e7onnant les communaut\u00e9s qu'elles desservent.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Les municipalit\u00e9s sont responsables des politiques, des processus, des programmes et de l'engagement communautaire qui peuvent affecter profond\u00e9ment la vie quotidienne des r\u00e9sidents. Les municipalit\u00e9s inclusives ont tout \u00e0 gagner en tant que collectivit\u00e9 et peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'avantages \u00e9conomiques et sociaux potentiels, ainsi que d'une confiance,
