Afin d'attirer et de fid\u00e9liser des candidats diversifi\u00e9s, les organisations doivent combiner leurs efforts internes en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 et d'inclusion avec des initiatives de sensibilisation adapt\u00e9es, pour rencontrer les individus l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils se trouvent, et au bon moment. Les organisations peuvent \u00e9galement constituer un bassin durable de talents diversifi\u00e9s en partenariat avec les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, les programmes de formation, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs, les incubateurs et les groupes communautaires.
