Ceux-ci sont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par des politiques essentielles concernant les questions de diversit\u00e9 et d'inclusion, notamment l'\u00e9quit\u00e9, le harc\u00e8lement, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l'\u00e9thique et l'accessibilit\u00e9. L'ODD va plus loin en examinant de pr\u00e8s les valeurs internes et les environnements de travail en prenant en consid\u00e9ration des facteurs tels que l'\u00e9nonc\u00e9 de mission d'une organisation, les normes, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements sociaux et les processus d'adaptation.
