Des strat\u00e9gies claires sont n\u00e9cessaires pour s'attaquer aux obstacles structurels et aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s que les personnes diversifi\u00e9es rencontrent sur le lieu de travail, tels que le racisme, les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et le manque d'acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s. Les questions relatives \u00e0 la composition des comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection et de promotion, par exemple, doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre prises en compte.
