Le conseil d'administration et l'\u00e9quipe de direction donnent le \"ton au sommet\" et sont essentiels pour construire une culture d'inclusive. La composition est cruciale : une \u00e9quipe de direction diversifi\u00e9e montre que la diversit\u00e9 et l'inclusion sont valoris\u00e9es. Chaque membre de l'\u00e9quipe dirigeante a \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans la promotion de la diversit\u00e9 au sein et au-del\u00e0 de l'organisation.
