How to set gender diversity targets: Guidelines for setting and meeting targets to increase gender diversity in the workplace

The Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency provides helpful tips on setting gender equity targets in the document.

The guidelines provide a detailed seven step target setting process and a case study to help organizations set their own gender equity targets. While the document does not consider other under-represented groups, the same principles can be applied to set targets for other groups.
