This booklet outlines how to engage in processes such as unbiased recruitment and selection, the recruitment of diverse candidates, accommodating differences in the hiring process, and more. The booklet also contains information about different behaviours, responses and body language that are often misunderstood, to mitigate unconscious biases that may stem from interviews.
