Board Diversity Policy Template

Osler offers a Board Diversity Policy Template for organizations that are looking for a starting point to create their own Board Diversity Policies. This board diversity policy template is a way for organizations to address their issues relating to gender diversity. However, the template can also be customized to adapt to other forms of diversity, such as those which are now required to be disclosed by the Canadian Business Corporations Act (CBCA), namely Indigenous peoples, visible minorities and people with disabilities.
