Actively Engaging Women and Girls: Addressing the Psycho-Social Factors
On the Actively Engaging Women and Girls: Addressing the Psycho-Social Factors report, Sport for Life researchers do research on the psycho-social factors of women athlete development. Using the research, they provide a series of recommendations for sport organizations, educators, community program leaders, and more to increase the participation of women athletes in the sport sector as a whole. Research on organizational stakeholders can take an intersectional angle to identify the needs and barriers of the stakeholder group.
